  My autistic daughter was accused of shoplifting at the weekend even when she had proved her innocence she was thrown out of the shop like a criminal.CCTV also proved her innocence she was merely getting her £4 out of her pocket to pay for a necklace she had seen that she liked.The shop assistant was rude and still didn't apologise to my daughter.This has ruined her confidence and totally set her back with her independence and she no longer wants to come to Morpeth to go shopping.I think staff need to learn a bit more about children with special needs,and also their people skills,I will NOT be patronising this shop again.

  My parents visited recently and both are disabled. The female member of staff had an absolutely disgusting attitude towards them. Very rude, unhelpful and didn’t (or couldn’t be bothered to) give any information an the products they had spent over £70 on. We will certainly not be going back.
