  I have been on the end of very poor customer service before and made that known. So it's only right that we good service is received people know about it as well. Needing a new freezer we did the normal thing and jumped on the internet to locate one, delivery times and delivery charges soon put an end to that one. A quick check of outlets in Morpeth led us to White & McCarthy, a visit to them lasting no longer than ten minutes, goods ordered delivery date agreed, happy customer. Without prompting an offer was made to unpack the freezer, dispose of the packaging and chill the freezer down, ecstatic customer. Where will I buy in the future? Yes your right White & McCarthy
